BARK ATL RE-OPENING
We are pleased to announce the re-opening of Bark ATL’s downtown location at 145 Ralph McGill Blvd NE. Our official re-opening date is Wednesday, May 27th.
We will be providing daycare, boarding and full grooming services at our downtown location and have established new COVID-19 policies and protocols for staying safe and healthy.
As a result of our closing due to the Shelter In-Place orders, we recognize that many customers who have purchased our non-refundable packages may have been impacted. We will be extending all expiration dates of existing packages by 90 days to allow customers to utilize their open packages.
We will continue to offer the non-refundable discounted packages with a 1-year expiration date but caution all clients to carefully consider the risks associated with buying non-refundable packages. No refunds or further expiration date extensions will be granted for non-refundable packages purchased after May 15, 2020.
Unfortunately, during this terrible time, we were forced to permanently close our West Midtown location and that location will not be re-opening. All or our West Midtown clients are welcome at our Downtown location and packages and grooming deposits purchased at our West Midtown location will be honored at our Downtown location.
