One of the Best Dog Friendly Coffee Spots in Atlanta

One of the best parts of living in Atlanta is our incredible coffee culture and the fact that so many shops treat our dogs like VIPs (Very Important Pups). If you are looking for the best dog friendly coffee spot that Atlanta has to offer, you are in luck! Since Bark ATL is located right in the heart of the city, we’ve rounded up our favorite spots to grab a latte with your furry best friend this January.

Dancing Goats® Coffee (Midtown)

Located right on Peachtree Place, this is a staple for the Bark ATL crew. Their outdoor patio is spacious, heated in the winter, and perfectly situated for people-watching (and dog-watching!).

Spiller Park Coffee

If you’re heading to the Westside, Spiller Park is a must. They have a fantastic walk-up window, so you never have to leave your dog’s side to order.

Foxtail Coffee Co. (Midtown)

Newer to the Midtown scene, Foxtail offers a stunning industrial-chic vibe with a very welcoming pet-friendly outdoor area. It’s a great spot to hit after a morning walk at Piedmont Park.

Coffee Shop Etiquette for Pups

To keep Atlanta coffee shops dog-friendly, remember to keep your pup on a short leash and bring a portable water bowl. If your dog gets easily overstimulated by the smell of espresso and heavy foot traffic, consider a quick visit rather than a long stay.

Before you head out, make sure your pup has burned off some energy! A tired dog is a well-behaved coffee date.
